2. Nature of Platform

selltivo.com provides a technical platform for users to create mini-stores and list products. We act solely as a venue/tool provider. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not act as an escrow service, agent, or guarantor for any user.

3. Safe Trading Policy & Liability

  • Payment on Delivery Only: Buyers are strictly advised to receive, inspect, and verify the item physically before making any payment to a seller. Do not pay in advance.
  • No Liability for Scams: selltivo.com is not responsible for any financial loss, scammed funds, lost items, or undelivered goods. Interactions are solely between the buyer and the seller.
  • User Vigilance: You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. selltivo.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Items & Zero Tolerance Policy

Selltivo has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or dangerous items. If you list any of the following, your account will be suspended immediately without refund, and we may report you to law enforcement:

  • Weapons: Guns, firearms, pistols, ammunition, knives, or explosives.
  • Drugs: Cocaine, weed, cannabis, unregistered supplements, or any controlled substances.
  • Adult Content: Pornography, nudity, sex toys, or escort services.
  • Financial Scams: Ponzi schemes, "doublers," MMM, investment returns, or forex trading schemes.
  • Counterfeit Goods: Fake brands, replicas, clones, or "copy" items (e.g., "Replica iPhone").
  • Cybercrime Tools: Hacking software, bank logs, carding tutorials, or stolen data.

Note: We use automated systems and manual reviews to scan for these keywords. Accounts found in violation will be permanently banned to protect our platform's integrity.

6. Advertising & Ad Compliance

If you run paid advertisements (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) directing traffic to your Selltivo store, you are solely responsible for complying with the advertising policies of those platforms.

  • Misleading Claims: Your product descriptions must be accurate. Do not make false health claims (e.g., "Cures Cancer") or unrealistic financial promises.
  • Ad Rejections: Selltivo provides the technical platform but does not guarantee ad approval. Ad rejection is typically due to the content of your ad or product, not the platform itself. We are not liable for disabled ad accounts.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Payments for Selltivo services are processed securely via Paystack. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

8. 'Boost' Campaigns

When you purchase a "Boost" or Ad Campaign, selltivo.com acts as an agency to run ads on your behalf on third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram). We do not guarantee specific sales numbers, as performance depends on your product and market demand.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, selltivo.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless selltivo.com and its owners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
